Job Description
XL Pro National Staffing is NOW HIRING for Quality Control Manufacturing!
We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Manufacturing Associates to support quality inspections and testing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring products meet quality and safety standards while minimizing defects.
Pay Rate: $15.50 – $16.50/hour
Location: Atlanta, GA
Shift Options:
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct production line inspections and laboratory quality checks.
- Monitor, inspect, and verify bottles, labels, packaging, and product specifications.
- Perform destructive and non-destructive product testing.
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality control documentation.
- Identify and reject defective or nonconforming products.
- Ensure proper bottle, box, and product orientation.
- Follow established scrap recovery and quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality control teams.
- Maintain accurate computer records and quality data.
- Follow ISO standards, food safety requirements, and company safety procedures.
- Report quality concerns and assist production teams as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Associate degree or 3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Flexibility to perform various job assignments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly and 70 lbs. occasionally with assistance.
- Comfortable bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching.
- Ability to work around manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and platforms as needed.
- Comfortable working at heights of 15–20 feet and in non-permit-required confined spaces.
