Base pay range$52,000.00/yr - $58,000.00/yr
About the roleAG is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to support the Controller and Staff Accountant in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance/Accounting Department.
This is a full‑time (40 hours/week), onsite position Monday‑Friday.
Core responsibilities- Perform daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, etc.
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliation processes for multiple bank accounts
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
- Support the Controller with special projects and ad‑hoc requests
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 0‑2 years of experience in an accounting role
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle JD Edwards, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
