Job Title:
Experienced Dentist – Community Clinic

Overview:
Join a dynamic community clinic dedicated to providing quality dental care to diverse populations. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental services, including screenings, restorative procedures, and emergency interventions. Fluency in Spanish is essential to effectively communicate and serve our multicultural patient community. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated dental professional to make a meaningful impact within a supportive team environment.

Pay Package:
$90/hr, with potential for long-term placement and growth within our organization.

Required Skills:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid California Dental License
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in providing a full range of dental services including diagnostics, restorative treatment, and emergency procedures
  • Strong knowledge of dental equipment and sterilization protocols
  • Experience with digital x-rays and Dentrix software (preferred)
  • Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in Spanish
  • Active DEA license and approved credentials with health plans, including NPI registration
  • Knowledge of Denti-Cal program and FQHC operations (preferred)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Educational background: DDS or DMD from an accredited School of Dentistry
  • Experience working with Denti-Cal and understanding of Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) operations
  • Prior experience with health plan credentials and digital radiography

Other Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish is mandatory
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Must maintain all licensing, CE, CPR, safety training, and PPD requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
  • Valid state identification
