Overview
A1 Placement is seeking a compassionate and experienced pediatrician to join a team of dedicated FQHC healthcare professionals. This position can be part-time or full-time. The Pediatrician will provide high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Conduct physical exams, evaluate patients’ medical histories, and make recommendations for treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, including infections, injuries, and developmental disorders.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, X-rays, and other imaging studies.
- Counsel patients and their families on issues related to growth and development, nutrition, and health promotion.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, and psychologists, to provide coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current and valid medical license in California.
- Board certification in Pediatrics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Pediatrician.
- Ability to commute/rotate between facilities including mobile units.
- Able to see a minimum of 20-22 patients.
- Work Saturdays as needed.
- Able to use EMR systems.

- Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
- Saturday (8:30am-2:00pm)
