- Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
- Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
- Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
- Turn over units after move‑outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
- Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
- Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
- Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
- You don’t need to be a maintenance expert. We’ll teach you.
- You don’t need a college degree.
- You don’t need a résumé full of titles. You just need to show up and do the work.
- High school graduation or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable means of transportation.
