Employment Type: Temp‑to‑Hire

• Assist in preparing furnace loads based on material type and quantity
• Verify piece counts and check part straightness before and after heat treatment
• Perform cold and hot straightening when needed
• Conduct hardness testing and inspections on forged materials
• Monitor furnace operations and support heat treatment processes
• Apply identification marks and inspect the final surface of forged parts before shipment

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
