Grinder Operator

Overview

Staffmark is hiring an experienced Grinder Operator to join our client's team in South Gate, CA. If you have a strong work ethic and attention to detail, this is your chance to grow with a company that values precision and quality.

Pay: $19.00/hour

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
• (Days of the week may vary based on production needs)

• Perform final surface inspections and conditioning of forged parts prior to shipment.
• Operate hand grinding machines, identify defects or malfunctions, replace grinding wheels or parts.
• Ensure all components meet quality standards by removing burrs, rust, sharp edges, or scale.

• Minimum 2 years of grinding or related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe boots required.
