AG Jeans is seeking a Senior Retention Marketing Manager to lead the Email & SMS marketing channel within the Brand’s E-commerce Division. This full-time, in-person role is based at our corporate office in South Gate, reporting to the Head of E-commerce.
You will own the strategy, implementation, optimization and analytics for Email, SMS and Chat, build growth plans to increase revenue, retention and list size, and partner with Shopify/Klaviyo/Attentive to deliver data-driven results.
