Bright Star Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home care. You’ll assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and help clients regain strength, balance, and independence in the comfort of their homes.
This part-time / per diem role offers competitive pay ($75–$85/hour) plus mileage, flexible scheduling, and supportive leadership. Active MA PT license, DPT/MPT, CPR, and at least 1 year of experience preferred.
