- Develop quality procedures, inspection requirements, training, documentation, and nonconforming-product controls.
- Work closely with production and engineering to identify problems and implement long-term corrective and preventative solutions.

- Help drive a culture focused on prevention, accountability, continuous improvement, and right-first-time manufacturing.
- 5+ years of progressive quality experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with AS9100 or another robust quality management system.
- Strong understanding of corrective action, root-cause analysis, auditing, and nonconformance management.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, data cleanup, and reporting.
- Experience creating quality dashboards, Pareto charts, trend analysis, and management reports.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work with both shop-floor employees and senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Experience implementing or transitioning to AS9100.
- Background in aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, electronics, wire/cable, or other highly regulated manufacturing.
- Experience managing formal corrective-action systems.
- Supplier quality experience.
