Night RN Supervisor - Lead Care

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) to oversee clinical and administrative nursing functions on evening and night shifts in a long-term care setting. You will mentor staff, ensure high-quality care, and coordinate resident services while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, managing care plans, and ensuring accurate documentation in EHRs. A Virginia license and CPR/BLS are required; BSN is preferred.
