Full-Time | $70,000-$120,000+ | Uncapped Commission

Are you a proven salesperson who knows how to build trust, uncover a customer's needs, and confidently ask for the sale?

At Rozier Moisture Control & Waterproofing, you won't spend your days cold calling, knocking on doors, or chasing your own leads.

We provide 2-3 qualified homeowner appointments every day. These are homeowners who have already contacted us because they need help with water, moisture, or foundation problems.

Your job is to meet with them, understand what's happening, recommend the right solution, and close the sale.

Forget spending your day prospecting. Our marketing team generates the leads and schedules qualified homeowner appointments for you.

You'll have an uncapped commission opportunity with a compensation structure designed to reward strong sales performance.

You aren't responsible for creating your own territory from scratch. You walk into appointments with homeowners who have already raised their hand and asked for help.

You'll receive a company vehicle, with fuel, insurance, and maintenance covered, along with an iPad and the tools you need to succeed.

You don't need to be a foundation repair expert on day one. We'll train you on our products, services, sales process, and the technical knowledge you need to confidently recommend solutions.

You'll meet homeowners in the South Hill area who have requested an evaluation of their home.

Your day will include:

• Traveling to 2-3 scheduled homeowner appointments per day
• Building rapport and establishing trust with homeowners
• Asking questions and identifying the customer's concerns and goals
• Assessing visible signs of foundation, moisture, drainage, or waterproofing problems
• Learning to identify the root cause of the homeowner's problem
• Explaining your findings in a simple, easy-to-understand way
• Recommending the appropriate repair or waterproofing solution
• Preparing and presenting proposals using our digital estimating tools
• Asking for the sale and closing projects
• Accurately documenting the sale and handing the project off to the production team
• Following up with homeowners when needed throughout the sales process

You don't need to be a foundation expert. We can teach you the technical side of the business.

What we can't teach as easily is the ability to connect with people, uncover their needs, communicate value, and close a deal.

We're looking for someone who is confident, competitive, personable, and comfortable working independently.
