Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are a plus!

• Greet visitors warmly and assist with inquiries.
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Perform clerical tasks including typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and sorting mail.
• Maintain and update the telephone directory.
• Direct clients to the lounge and connect them with the appropriate team member for vehicle updates.
• Handle client concerns calmly and direct them to the right department for resolution.
• Monitor demo car keys and maintain accurate logs.
• Attend department meetings as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1–3 months of related experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
