Applicants Needed in Woodlands, Texas

Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of Position: The Qualified Mental Health Professional – Community Services (QMHP-CS) provides Targeted Case Management and Rehabilitative Services to youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families.

  • Services are delivered in the participant’s home or community setting.
  • The QMHP-CS conducts case management and skills-based interventions to increase youth’s supports and strengths, fostering resilience and recovery.
  • Responsible for documenting services, attending Wraparound Team meetings, and communicating progress to supervisors and team members.
  • All services comply with state and federal regulations, including the Texas Medicaid Provider Procedures Manual and YAP standards.

Position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to serve families within their communities.

Primary responsibilities include teaching skills and providing case management services.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a human services-related field as defined by Texas Administrative Code.

  • Experience in home and community-based services.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Behavior Management (MANDT) Certification.

Candidates from the Gulf Coast area are encouraged to apply. Bilingual skills are a plus. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance.
