We are seeking an Accessibility Expert to join our team and ensure our digital content and marketing materials are accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities.

The Accessibility Expert will play a critical role in our agency by ensuring that all digital content, marketing materials, and campaigns meet accessibility standards and guidelines.

This individual will work closely with creative, development, and client-facing teams to integrate accessibility into the design and development process.

• Accessibility Audits:
  Conduct comprehensive accessibility audits of websites, mobile apps, digital marketing materials, and other digital assets to identify issues and areas for improvement.
• Guideline Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1, Section 508, and ADA.
• Stay updated on the latest accessibility laws and guidelines.
• Training & Development:
  Provide training and support to staff on accessibility best practices.
• Develop resources and guidelines to promote accessibility awareness within the organization.
• User Testing:
  Coordinate and conduct user testing with individuals with disabilities to gather feedback and insights on accessibility improvements.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work collaboratively with designers, developers, content creators, and project managers to integrate accessibility into all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Consultation:
  Serve as an internal consultant for accessibility-related questions and provide guidance on creating accessible content and designs.

Maintain detailed documentation of accessibility audits, recommendations, and improvements. Develop and update accessibility checklists and guidelines.

• Education:
  
  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  At least 3-5 years of experience in accessibility testing and remediation. Experience in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
