Shift Manager – McDonald's Franchise
We’re looking for a positive team player to lead restaurant shifts every week, ensuring fast, friendly, and high‑quality service.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth transition.
Qualifications- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
- Positive team‑player attitude with a flexible schedule.
- Strong passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned and operated restaurant.
