Entry-Level Financial Services Associate

Location: South Jordan, UT

Pay Rate: $21–$22/hour

Contract: 12 Months, Temp-to-Perm

Schedule: Starts onsite during training, then transitions to a hybrid schedule

Russell Tobin’s client is seeking an Entry-Level Financial Services Associate to support daily financial operations, client inquiries, and unclaimed asset reconciliation. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to begin or grow their career in financial services.

• Respond to returned mail inquiries and coordinate with clients and internal business teams.
• Manage internal and external inquiries while meeting established service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Gather information from clients and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding requests.
• Assist with reconciling unclaimed assets and researching discrepancies.
• Support operational projects and process improvements.
• Identify potential issues and escalates concerns to management.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other systems to manage data and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate updates and help ensure daily workflows are completed accurately and on time.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Interest in financial services, financial operations, or related business functions.
• Previous financial services, operations, or client support experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Interviews will be conducted via Zoom with two hiring managers.
