Global Product Manager Hardware

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional and seasoned individual for the position of Global Product Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of compelling hardware products that blend technical innovation, impeccable design, and strong consumer relevance.

The ideal candidate will be a key part of the team driving Cricut’s next-generation products, enhancing existing products, and furthering the growth of our world-class brand. This role involves close collaboration with:

• Industrial designers
• Hardware and software engineering
• Sales
• Marketing
• Operations
• A global manufacturing team

You will be instrumental in driving a product portfolio that is disrupting the creative world.

• Lead a cross-functional team in the product development and go-to-market strategies for a key portfolio of hardware products.
• Perform market opportunity analysis and build business cases that support hyper-growth initiatives.
• Actively participate in consumer learning plans, deriving consumer insights to inform product definition and marketing.
• Make fundamental trade-off decisions that balance strategic and execution considerations when bringing products to market.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience bringing physical products (business to consumer hardware) to market (ideally with some technical component). Background in product management, product marketing, or brand management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Undergraduate business, marketing, design, engineering, or liberal arts preferred. MBA or equivalent Master’s degree preferred.
