Account Representative

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a motivated recent graduate or experienced candidate with strong communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills to work in South Jordan, UT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and account‑related requests
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
• Process account updates and ensure accurate data entry and documentation
• Assist with account maintenance and operational support
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner
• Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web‑based applications
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build professional relationships
