As the Virtual Design & Data Solutions (VDDS) BIM/Digital Delivery Manager for Water & Industrial Water Solutions, you will act as a regional leader within VDDS, enabling, planning, and overseeing the execution of digital delivery across water infrastructure projects in your region. Your responsibilities include ensuring that digital tools, data strategies, and delivery workflows align with project goals and the broader digital transformation vision.

• Analyze scopes of work to estimate effort and develop project‑specific BIM/CAD execution plans and strategies.
• Develop resource demand, contribute to project proposals, and support the assigned region or area of responsibility.
• Oversee Project BIM Coordinator(s), enforce standards and QMS benchmarks, and monitor performance metrics for delivery health.
• Serve as the regional point of contact for digital delivery, mentor BIM Coordinators and project teams, and collaborate with VDDS leadership to align regional demand with broader resources.
• Champion digital tools for construction, asset data, and digital twins, seeking opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the evolution of digital project delivery strategies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology, Business, Finance, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with advanced BIM/VDC technologies such as Virtual/Augmented Reality, Digital Twin, or construction‑phase BIM.
• Familiarity with model‑based delivery standards or other digital delivery standards.
• Leadership experience managing regional or enterprise‑level initiatives or teams of 10+.
• Resource management experience, including use of enterprise staffing tools.
• Experience with Black & Veatch water/wastewater projects or clients.

Typically a minimum of 15 years related work experience.
