What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound calls from clients regarding brokerage accounts and financial inquiries.
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions while consistently meeting department performance metrics.
• Support clients with Cash Management products, brokerage online platforms, and mobile app services.
• Collaborate in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Adapt quickly to change while managing multiple priorities in a busy financial service center.

What We’re Looking For:

• College Degree, bachelor’s OR previous contact center experience (financial services experience preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and remain professional under pressure.
