Operations Support, Finance & Banking

This role is client-facing and focuses on helping families and individuals during the inheritance and legacy asset transfer process. You will provide high-touch service, process paperwork, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

$21.00/hr - $22.00/hr

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients during inheritance processes
• Guide beneficiaries with empathy and professionalism via phone and email
• Process service requests and asset transfers with accuracy and timeliness
• Set clear expectations with clients in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with internal teams, branches, and advisors to facilitate account transitions
• Ensure strict compliance with SEC/FINRA and company policies to mitigate risk
• Maintain case documentation and activity logs in internal systems
• Monitor daily caseload and follow up consistently with beneficiaries
• Apply firm’s identity verification policies to prevent fraud and identity theft
• Provide world-class service to both internal and external stakeholders

• Strong background in financial services client support
• Knowledge of estates, trusts, retirement accounts, and asset distribution processes
• Familiarity with SEC/FINRA compliance regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle high volume requests

• Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses
• Prior experience with brokerage systems or account management tools
• Background in estate processing or wealth management operations
