Asset Movement Team Associate

This is a contract position.

This is a hybrid opportunity located in South Jordan, UT.

About This Position

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about client service and fraud prevention? We’re seeking an Asset Movement Team (AMT) Associate to support high-volume transaction processing, protect client assets, and ensure money movement requests are reviewed with precision. You'll work closely with internal teams, including branch associates and senior management, in a fast-paced environment while applying policy and compliance standards to ensure operational excellence.



Job Responsibilities

• Review and approve incoming and outgoing money movement transactions
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting local branch teams
• Apply firm policies and industry regulations to prevent fraud and ensure proper authorization
• Communicate with branch associates and senior leadership to resolve escalated issues
• Stay informed on SEC/FINRA compliance and internal transaction protocols
• Participate in projects and system enhancements as assigned
• Utilize internal resources and critical thinking to process high-volume requests efficiently
• Perform other administrative duties as needed

• 3+ years of experience in financial services or operations roles
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and follow-up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and troubleshoot issues
• Familiarity with SEC/FINRA regulations and transaction-based compliance preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
