Activities Assistant

Legacy House of South Jordan is hiring an Activities Assistant to help create engaging, meaningful experiences for our senior living residents. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors and bringing joy to others.

Pay: $15/hour

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday

Hours: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional evenings for special events)

• Assist residents with daily recreational and social activities
• Help plan, set up, and facilitate events and group programs
• Provide transportation for resident outings
• Engage with residents to ensure activities are enjoyable and inclusive
• Support special events, parties, and occasional evening programs

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Genuine interest in working with seniors
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to stay active and engage residents enthusiastically
• No prior experience required—training provided
