Our continuum of care includes Residential Treatment, Day Program, and Intensive Outpatient (IOP), providing a holistic approach to recovery.

Full-Time

• Master’s level clinical degree from an accredited school – CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, LCMHC, MFT
• Fully licensed or working towards licensure in the State of Utah (will provide onsite supervision)
• Be in good standing with the Department of Professional Licensing

• Manage a caseload of DCC of max 30 hours a week, including 3 weekly staff meetings within DCC hours
• Become familiar with and utilize the standardized curriculum
• Attend and support weekly staff and clinical meetings
• Proficiency in supporting clients to meet clinical objectives and program agreements

• Health, Dental and Vision insurance after 60 days; 75% employer contributions for employees and dependents

• Base Salary determined by licensure and experience: $65,000–$70,000 Base DOE
• Total Benefit Compensation $75,000–$85,000; if you do not need health benefits we will add the average benefit compensation to your salary
