Progressive Eye Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused team member to join our optical department!

We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for style, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will help patients find eyewear that fits their vision needs, lifestyle, and personal style.

Optical experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person! A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine desire to help patients are what matter most.

• Help patients select eyeglass frames that fit their style, face shape, lifestyle, and budget.

• Explain lens options, coatings, and other eyewear features in an easy-to-understand way.

• Assist with eyewear measurements, frame fittings, adjustments, and minor repairs as trained.

• Help process eyewear orders and ensure information is accurate.

• Answer patient questions and help resolve concerns in a friendly, professional manner.

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience.

• Keep the optical area clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Work closely with our optometrists and team members to provide quality patient care.

• A friendly, approachable personality and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• The ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• A willingness to learn about eyewear, lenses, and optical products.

• Previous retail, sales, healthcare, or optical experience is helpful but not required.
