About The Phoenix Recovery Center The Phoenix Recovery Center, LLC is a comprehensive addiction and mental health treatment center located in South Jordan, Utah. We serve individuals and families through a full continuum of care, including Residential Treatment, Day Treatment (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP).At The Phoenix, we believe recovery is about more than symptom reduction — it’s about rediscovering purpose, connection, and joy.

Work Schedule – Part-Time This position requires availability for the following schedule:

Monday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Please Note:

Both scheduled days are required and are not flexible. Applicants must be available to work both Monday and Thursday evenings.

Qualifications Master's-level clinical degree from an accredited programCSW, LCSW, ACMHC, LCMHC, LMFT / MFTFully licensed or actively working toward licensure in the State of Utah In good standing with the Utah Department of Professional Licensing (DOPL)
Experience in addiction and mental health treatment preferred

Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a passion for helping others

Role & Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy within our structured, evidence-based programming

Maintain an assigned caseload appropriate for a part-time schedule

Utilize and become proficient in The Phoenix's standardized curriculum

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team Participate in applicable clinical meetings and treatment planning

Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines

Support clients in meeting individualized treatment goals and program agreements

Practice with empathy, accountability, and integrity

Compensation & Perks Hourly Pay: $31.50–$33.50, depending on experience and licensure
