This role involves answering calls, documenting incidents, and troubleshooting enterprise software, hardware, and system-related problems. Agents are responsible for diagnosing, resolving, or escalating issues quickly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
QualificationsThe position requires 2–5 years of experience in a fast-paced technical environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
