About the job:

As a Data Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Data Operations team, stepping into a hands-on, entry-level role that supports the daily management and integrity of Motiv Health’s data systems. This position is ideal for a curious, detail-oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving and process improvement. You'll be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving data inconsistencies while also helping to improve data handling and integration processes.

Duties:

• Serve as a technical liaison between Motiv Health and external vendors, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor and resolve data integration issues, ensuring timely correction and minimal impact to business operations.
• Lead the implementation and management of 834 file integrations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Document new data integration processes, systems, and products to support team knowledge and continuity.
• Assist non-technical team members in diagnosing and resolving data-related issues.
• Collaborate across departments to support enrollment processes and maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of T-SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field is a plus.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to digest complicated data and streamline processes.
