BGIS is seeking a Data Center Technician in South Jordan, UT to perform basic hardware troubleshooting and on-site server fixes. You will work from a ticket queue, prioritize issues by priority and resolve both logical and physical server problems in a dynamic data center environment.
The role requires experience with remote management interfaces (iLO/BMC/Drac), familiarity with multiple vendors' hardware and ticketing systems (Remedy/Service Now). On-call and after-hours work may be required.
