Melton Law, PLLCis expanding its personal injury team and looking for abilingual (Spanish-speaking) case manager who’s ready to be a foundational part of that growth. ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of personal injury casesfromintake through settlement
- Maintainfrequent, compassionate communication with clients throughout treatment
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies
- Collect medical records and organize case documentation
- Preparedemand packages and assist attorneys with negotiation prep
- Identify and elevate issues withliability, coverage, or treatment
- Update case files and case management systems consistently
- Track progress and hit case milestones withownership and accuracy
What You’ll Need
- Fluency in Spanish and English(required)
- 1+ years of experience managing personal injury cases
- Comfort with computers and legal case management software
- Excellent client communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional, dependable, and a team player
- Self-starter with pride in doing high-quality work
