Melton Law, PLLCis expanding its personal injury team and looking for abilingual (Spanish-speaking) case manager who’s ready to be a foundational part of that growth. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury casesfromintake through settlement
  • Maintain frequent, compassionate communicationwith clients throughout treatment
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies
  • Collect medical records and organize case documentation
  • Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys with negotiation prep
  • Identify and elevate issues with liability, coverage, or treatment
  • Update case files and case management systems consistently
  • Track progress and hit case milestones with ownership and accuracy
Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • Fluency in Spanish and English(required)
  • 1+ years of experience managing personal injury cases
  • Comfort with computers and legal case management software
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional, dependable, and a team player
  • Self-starter with pride in doing high-quality work
