The Lightspeed
Project Manager coordinates multiple aspects of customer implementation virtually, which may include pre-conversion consultation and planning, test conversion, conversion execution, post-conversion training, product set-up, and implementation of multiple products.
* This is a hybrid position that works in the office 2 days per week.
What you’ll do Responsibilities- Consults on methods to maximize the dealership’s efficiency, profits, sales, productivity, and revenue.
- Consults with dealership department management to assess dealership business practices, processes, workflows, and critical business drivers.
- Customizes and implements DMS application software.
- Performs verification meetings to ensure client understanding of our application and gain client confirmation of application customization.
- Conducts post-implementation follow-up meetings with clients to ensure optimum application usage, accuracy of customization, and satisfaction.
- Updates key install and preparation information, monitors personal backlogs, and prepares monthly reports.
- BS degree in related business field
- Must be able to work periodic weekends and after-hours
- Highly organized
- PMP Certification
- Accounting Degree or Equivalent Experience
