Annual Bonus up to 5% and Sign‑on bonus, plus benefits.

We’re hiring a 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead an 8‑person maintenance team in a high‑volume food manufacturing environment. This role is equal parts hands‑on technical work and people leadership, with a strong emphasis on safety, preventive/predictive maintenance, and training a relatively green team.

• Lead, coach, and develop an 8‑person maintenance team on 3rd shift
• Be highly hands‑on with troubleshooting and repairs when needed
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs instead of “run‑to‑failure”
• Partner closely with Maintenance Superintendents and production leadership to minimize downtime
• Ensure a strong safety culture and full compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Support root cause analysis of failures and implement long‑term fixes
• Promote a “training mindset” with techs who have lower tenure and developing skills

• ~5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing / food manufacturing strongly preferred)
• Proven leadership / supervisory experience (training, coaching, and holding people accountable)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background
• Experience with preventive & predictive maintenance practices
• Bilingual English–Spanish required (team on this shift is primarily Spanish‑speaking)
• Demonstrated commitment to safety first – no shortcuts

• Food or CPG manufacturing experience
• Exposure to PLCs, VFDs, and automated production lines
