SUMMARY OF DUTIESThis position provides highly skilled and advanced level of mold setup, processing services, detail and problem solving. Provides assistance to supervisor by coordinating employee daily works activities such as assigning work, etc. Assignments are non-routine, have substantial variety, and are very complex. Develops solutions and alternatives to assigned molding problems, including mold process sheets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMEDa. Engineering and maintenance standards and procedures are followed.
b. Molding MPS, GPS, QAP and standard operating procedures are followed.

- Education equivalent to a high school diploma and eight years of molding experience, with six of those years in molding machine, tooling set-up and processing and four of those years in a leadership role.
- Ability to understand amorphous and semi crystalline processes, problem sources and the correction required.
- Ability to learn about and remember key information about parts molded in the department.
- Detail oriented.
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to perform manual tasks requiring some fine motor skills.
- Demonstrated human relations and effective verbal/written communication skills.
- Demonstrated team player attributes.
- Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
- Scientific injection molding knowledge, and leadership training.
