We are currently seeking a full-time Direct Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team.

Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Represent the EHI brand in assigned residential areas.
- Engage homeowners face‑to‑face to generate interest in energy‑efficient home upgrades.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our product specialists.
- Track and submit leads using company technology.
- Attend weekly training sessions and team development meetings.
- Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
- Maintain a professional image and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and remain accountable for performance.
