New Home Sales, Part Time Sales Associate

This is a great opportunity to break into New Home sales!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part Time Sales Associate to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in showcasing our model homes and communities to prospective buyers. You will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the entire home purchasing and construction processes, from initial introduction through closing. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The model home is in Weber County.

This position is 3 days per week including Saturdays.

• Demonstrate model homes, community amenities, and the builder's story to prospective buyers.
• Greet and qualify prospects as they visit the model home, asking discovery questions to determine why they are moving and determine if our homes meet their future promise.
• Conduct sales presentations, asking closing questions, and overcoming objections or concerns.
• Utilize basic real estate financing knowledge and skills during the sales process.
• Discuss purchase procedures with every buyer and ask for the sale.
• Prepare and write various documents including Real Estate Purchase Contracts, Homesite Reservations, Addenda, Special Requests, and Change Requests.
• Coordinate buyer meetings with various parties involved in the home building process, including mortgage lenders, design consultants, construction personnel, warranty managers, and title companies.
• Complete weekly traffic reports and manage on-site marketing and sales materials inventory.
• Ensure model home cleanliness and presentation, including opening and locking the model homes daily, turning on lights, and performing minor cleaning and touch-ups as necessary.

• Active Real Estate license in good standing with the Division of Real Estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Preferably someone that lives in Davis, Weber or Northern Salt Lake Counties.
