Every month, we send out thousands of mail pieces and spend 5-7 hours a day on the phone connecting with motivated sellers, agents, and other investors who need a real solution to their problems.

We're on the hunt for a driven and persuasive negotiator to help us expand our reach and close more deals. If you’re someone who:

• Has no problem spending time on the phone building rapport
• Is comfortable going on appointments and negotiating home sales
• Knows how to connect with people and turn conversations into contracts

• Taking calls live between 8 am-9 pm
• Be the second point of contact for other leads brought to you from cold callers and web leads
• Go out to an appointment and learn how to negotiate and get a purchase agreement signed
• Show up consistently to work on time
• Running comparables accurately and quickly
• Take pictures and videos of homes
• Ability to meet and exceed the monthly quota in sales
• Assist in team growth

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
• High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
• You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred

$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
