Position: Sales Manager (People Leader) - SaaS / 20% growth

A 40-year-old company, recently backed by one of the largest private equity firms, has spun off a 300-person division to accelerate growth and expand into new markets. With the stability of a large company but the energy of a startup, we’re expanding our Account Executive team and hiring two additional Sales Leaders — each of whom will take on a team of five reps and grow it to eight as we continue to scale.

These are full sales cycle, net-new hunter roles focused on driving growth in established markets as well as breaking into new ones.

    This profitable company with over 4k customers, has achieved 5 consecutive years of record expansion, with a goal of 20% growth in 2025.

    If the sales team hits 100%, the managers are celebrated through President's Club, (this last year was in Fiji!)

    The sales organization has an average tenure of 13 years, reflecting a supportive and fulfilling work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $140k base, OTE: $250k OTE

At least 3 years of experience leading a B2B (full sales cycle) net new sales team, selling SaaS-based solutions. Prefer experience using sales enablement tools (Zoominfo, Enablix, Salesforce). Prefer experience with SPIN Selling techniques, including the ability to effectively identify and address customer needs. Ability to go into an office in South Jordan 3 days a week.
