Position: Home Buying Sales Specialist

You'll engage with motivated sellers, agents, and investors, using your persuasive skills to build meaningful connections and close deals. Your role is crucial in helping us expand our reach and transform more properties into vibrant community spaces.

We're looking for a motivated and skilled negotiator who enjoys the dynamic nature of real estate. You should feel at ease spending time on the phone, turning initial conversations into lasting relationships. Your expertise in going on appointments and negotiating sales will be key to your success. If you hold a real‑estate license and have the knack for converting dialogues into contracts, you’re the perfect fit for our team.

Responsibilities
  • Take calls live between 8 am and 9 pm.
  • Be the second point of contact for leads brought to you from cold callers and web leads.
  • Go out to appointments and negotiate purchase agreements to get them signed.
  • Show up consistently and on time.
  • Run comparable analyses accurately and quickly.
  • Take pictures and videos of homes.
  • Meet and exceed the monthly sales quota.
  • Assist in team growth.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or a related field.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas consistently.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
  • Must also be a licensed real‑estate agent or at least 50 % complete before the start date of the licensing course.
Compensation

$80,000 – $180,000 per year
