Orange Funding is expanding our Direct Capital team at our South Jordan headquarters. We’re looking for experienced B2 sales professionals who are comfortable in an outbound environment and want to work in a disciplined, performance-driven capital markets firm.
The roleDirect Capital Strategists are responsible for originating and qualifying opportunities with business owners, CFOs, and operators nationwide. This is an on-premise, inside sales role with a primary focus on outbound calling and direct outreach to operating businesses.
You’ll be responsible for building pipeline, advancing conversations, and creating qualified files, while working closely with our capital markets team through the funding process.

This is not a passive role. Performance is measured clearly, and expectations are straightforward.
Ideal backgrounds- Experience in equipment finance, private credit, factoring, commercial real estate, or other B2B financial services. If you’ve sold into real businesses and are comfortable driving your own activity, this role will make sense quickly.
- Transparent compensation paid on realized net margin
- Base salary plus uncapped performance upside
- Rolling one-year performance periods with repeatable milestones
