About the Role

Our mission is to give small business owners peace of mind so they can focus on growing their businesses. Through an innovative digital platform, we help local businesses and small-to-midsize companies secure the best insurance coverage at the lowest possible cost, year after year.

What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years of closing experience in B2B sales
    , preferably selling to small or local businesses
  • Ability to conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls
  • Minimum of 2 years of stable work history in a previous sales role
  • Proven ability to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Comfort working short sales cycles and handling rejection

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a diverse pipeline of small and local business clients across multiple industries
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to consult, educate, and close sales
  • Develop expertise in Workers’ Compensation insurance products
  • Confidently address objections and maintain momentum through rejection
  • Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
