South Jordan Fitness & Recreation Center located at 10866 South Redwood Rd, South Jordan, UT 84095. Includes a basketball gymnasium, turf field room, fitness room, dance room, aerobic room, walking track, and indoor pool. Perks include flexible hours, a free center membership to employees, and a fun environment.

We are looking for motivated and reliable people for the following areas.

• Aquatics – Age 15+
  • All Aquatics Positions – Please also contact Yasi (ymojibian)
  • Lifeguards (all shifts, early morning, mid-day and afternoon needed! Please list the times you could work in the application process.)
  • Group Lesson Swim Instructors
• Group Fitness Instructors – Age 18+

  • Land Group Fitness Instructors
  • Water Aerobic Instructors

Due to the nature of some of these positions, the selected applicant must pass a required pre-employment background check in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.

• An "At Will", FLSA non-exempt employee who is not eligible for county benefits and must work an average of 29 hours or less per week (or 129 hours or less per month).

• Are not eligible for county benefits except as otherwise provided for by policy.
• Are not considered merit employees.
• Are "at will" employees who may be terminated for any reason, without notice, and without a pre-termination hearing.
