Base pay is determined by applicant skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company 401(k) program.

Veterans, transitioning active‑ duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.

• Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State‑tested Nursing Assistant – STNA in Ohio) works with community management to provide seniors with personalized care and updates resident status at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Check in with residents and assist with dining and personal care needs, performing vital sign checks and clinical procedures per community policy.
• Assist with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
