We are looking for an electrical maintenance engineer to work as part of a team delivering professional engineering services to a busy heavy operations and manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities- To work as part of a team or alone dependant on the company needs.
- Complete daily scheduled TPMs to a high standard.
- Communicate with production and team leaders to priorities machine breakdowns.
- To effectively communicate shift handovers before and after the employees shift.
- To be involved where required for project work / plant improvement.
- To assist Works engineer with route cause analysis and corrective actions for re-occurring breakdowns.
- Competent with risk assessing jobs and working safely.
- Discuss production activity and problems with managers and supervisors.
- Discuss work requirement and issues with direct manager.
- Role is working Days only.
- Heavy industry experience
- NVQ Electrical or HNC qualifications or equivalent
- Must have sound mechanical skills and knowledge
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 with a clear progression to an Engineering Lead for the site.
