Preference will be given to lateral Firefighter/Paramedic candidates with at least one year of Firefighting/Paramedic experience. A paramedic license is required for this position.

Selection ProcessEducation/Training: Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.
Experience: One year of firefighting experience is desirable.
License or Certificate Requirements- Possession of a valid California or Nevada driver’s license or equivalent.
- Must obtain a CA Class B or A motor vehicle operator’s license, or a Class C with Firefighter Exempt endorsement, within 18 months of employment as a condition of passing probation.
