Fully Office Based The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a busy finance team based in North Glasgow on a 4-week temporary assignment . This role would suit an experienced purchase ledger professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Processing a high volume of purchase invoices on a daily basis Matching, batching and coding invoices Ensuring invoices are accurately entered onto the system Resolving invoice discrepancies and queries where required Maintaining accurate financial records Supporting the wider finance team with general purchase ledger administration About You To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous experience working within a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable position Be comfortable processing high volumes of invoices with a high degree of accuracy Possess strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Be able to work independently and manage your workload effectively Be available to start at short notice and commit to the full 4-week assignment What's on Offer?
