The Role We are currently seeking a organised and professional Legal Administrator to join a busy legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality support to legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal staff. Prepare, format and proofread legal correspondence and documents. Manage diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements. Open, maintain and update client files and records. Handle incoming calls, emails and client enquiries professionally. Coordinate document filing, scanning and document management systems. Assist with billing, invoicing and general office administration. Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with confidentiality requirements.

Skills & Experience Previous administration experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
