Candidates must be UK nationals eligible for UK security clearance Are you an experienced SAP Success Factors Learning (LMS) Consultant looking to take the lead on large-scale HR transformation programmes? We're looking for a Senior Consultant with strong Success Factors Learning (LMS) expertise to join a high-performing SAP practice delivering complex, global implementations for major enterprise clients. This is an opportunity to lead functional work streams, shape innovative learning solutions, and collaborate with experienced SAP professionals on some of the UK's most exciting HR transformation projects.

What You'll Be Doing Leading SAP Success Factors Learning (LMS) implementations on large, global programmes Driving business process design and transformation workshops Advising clients on SAP best practice and the latest Success Factors innovations Managing and mentoring functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models Supporting pre-sales activities, including solution design, RFP responses and client demonstrations Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and project teams Ensuring high-quality project delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle What We're Looking For Proven experience delivering SAP Success Factors Learning (LMS) implementations Strong knowledge of Success Factors, with exposure to multiple modules preferred Experience working on global HR transformation programmes Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills Knowledge of the wider Success Factors ecosystem, including employee experience technologies Experience supporting business development or pre-sales activities A collaborative leader who enjoys coaching and developing others The Opportunity Work on large-scale enterprise HR transformation programmes Collaborate with highly experienced SAP specialists across global teams Play a key role in solution design and client engagement Join a growing SAP practice with excellent long-term project opportunities If you're passionate about delivering best-in-class SAP Success Factors Learning solutions and want to work on complex transformation programmes, we'd love to hear from you.
