Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor (partnership potential)

Reed is currently recruiting an experienced Property Solicitor on behalf of one of their Lanarkshire based clients. The role would primarily involve managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload, but previous experience of Commercial Property work would be beneficial (not essential).

This is a great opportunity to join one of Lanarkshire's most recognisable legal firms and would be the ideal role for a Solicitor who's looking for a challenging role where you can manage a busy conveyancing caseload and work closely with partners in a supportive environment. This is a key hire for the firm as it is part of their succession planning so there is a clear route to partnership with training and support provided from day 1 to help you prepare for a Partner level role.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage your own conveyancing caseload efficiently and effectively (primarily residential work but some Commercial Property cases)
  • Work closely with partners and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet deadlines while ensuring all clients receive an excellent level of service.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing them with timely updates and advice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with previous experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Commercially minded with a flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package.
  • Opportunities for career progression within an established legal firm - potential for partnership within 3-5 years.
  • Supportive team environment.
